ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 21 of 1978 - SECT 14

14. Section 50 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

''(1A) For the purposes of sub-section (1), land in the Alligator Rivers Area
(No. 3) that is alienated Crown Land in which all estates and interests not
held by the Crown are held by the Director shall be deemed to be unalienated
Crown land.''.
