ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 21 of 1978 - SECT 21

21. Section 63 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1);

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (5) the following sub-section:

''(5A) There shall be paid into the Trust Account any moneys paid by any
person to the Commonwealth for the purposes of the Trust Account.''; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (6) ''and (4)'' and substituting '', (4)
        and (5A)''.
