ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 40 of 1987 - SECT 14
A person authorized by Land Council to have access to buildings and places in Region
14. Section 23C is amended by omitting the penalty at the foot of subsection
(3) and substituting:
"Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.".
