Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation Amendment Act 1982 No. 46 of 1982 - SECT 7

7. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-paragraph (d) (ii) ''the meat industry'' and
substituting ''the industry''; and

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (e) (i) '' section 11'' and substituting
''Division 2 and sections 47, 47H, 50 and 50B''.
