PART IV-STAFF
31. (1) The Corporation may appoint such officers or engage such employees as
it thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The terms and conditions of service or employment (in respect of matters
not provided for by this Act) of persons appointed or engaged under this
section are such as are, subject to the approval of the Minister, determined
by the Corporation.
