AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS COMMISSION ACT 1983 No. 140 of 1983 - SECT 71

71. The Commission shall -

   (a)  from time to time inform the Minister concerning the general conduct
of its operations; and

   (b)  furnish to the Minister such information in relation to its operations
        as
the Minister requires.
