AUSTRALIAN NUCLEAR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANISATION ACT 1987 No. 3 of 1987 - SECT 28

28. (1) The Board shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the receipts and expenditure of the Organisation for each
financial year and, if the Minister so directs, for any other period specified
by the Minister, and the Board shall submit estimates so prepared to the
Minister not later than such date as the Minister directs.

(2) The money of the Organisation shall not be expended otherwise than in
accordance with estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
