AUSTRALIAN NUCLEAR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANISATION ACT 1987 No. 3 of 1987 - SECT 29

29. (1) It is hereby declared that the Organisation is a public authority to
which Division 3 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 applies.

(2) For the purposes of the application in relation to the Organisation of
Division 3 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 by virtue of sub-section (1), a
reference in that Division to the appropriate Minister shall be read as a
reference to the Minister administering this Act.

(3) The Organisation shall, in each report prepared pursuant to section 63M of
the Audit Act 1901 (as that section applies in relation to the Organisation by
virtue of sub-section (1)) include particulars of each direction given by the
Minister to the Board under section 11 that is applicable in relation to the
financial year to which the report relates.
