AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 No. 64 of 1989 - SECT 17
General powers
17. (1) Australia Post has power to do all things necessary or convenient to
be done for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions.
(2) Subsection (1) is not limited by any other provision of this or any other
Act that confers a power on Australia Post.
