AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 No. 64 of 1989 - SECT 41

41. If the Board forms the opinion that matters have arisen:

   (a)  that may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of the
        objectives of Australia Post and its subsidiaries under the corporate
        plan;

   (b)  that may significantly affect the strategies and policies that
        Australia Post is following to carry out its
        community service obligations; or

   (c)  that may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of the
        financial target under the plan; the Board shall immediately notify
        the Minister of its opinion and the reasons for the opinion.
