AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 No. 64 of 1989 - SECT 47
Board to keep Minister informed
47. The Board shall keep the Minister informed of the operations of
Australia Post and its subsidiaries, and shall give the Minister such reports,
documents and information in relation to those operations as the Minister
requires.
