AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 No. 64 of 1989 - SECT 48

Minister may notify Board of general policies of Commonwealth Government

48. (1) The Minister may notify the Board of general policies of the
Commonwealth Government that are to apply in relation to Australia Post.

(2) The Board shall ensure that the policies are carried out in relation to
Australia Post and shall, as far as practicable, ensure that the policies are
carried out in relation to its subsidiaries.

(3) A notification under subsection (1) shall be given in writing.
