AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 No. 64 of 1989 - SECT 93

93. (1) An authorised person may, in writing, delegate all or any of
Australia Post's powers to an employee of Australia Post.

(2) In subsection (1):

"authorised person" means:

   (a)  the Managing Director; or

   (b)  an employee of Australia Post who is, for the time being, authorised
        by the Board for the purposes of this section.
