Australian Shipping Commission Amendment Act 1983 No. 127 of 1983 - SECT 18

18. After section 36 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in
Division 4 of Part II: Estimates

''37. (1) The Commission shall-

   (a)  prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister directs, of its
        receipts and expenditure for each financial year and, if the Minister
        so directs, for any other period; and

   (b)  submit those estimates to the Minister not later than such date as the
        Minister directs.

''(2) A direction under sub-section (1) shall be given by instrument in
writing.''.
