AUSTRALIAN TOURIST COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 27 of 1981 - SECT 5

5. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (a) the following paragraph: "(ab)
        fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with his obligations under
        section 12A;"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-sections (4) and (5).
