AUSTRALIAN TRADE COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 187 of 1985 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation
on the commencing day.

(2) Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 19, 32 and 61 shall come into operation on the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(3) The amendment made by section 34 shall be deemed to have come into
operation on 20 May 1985.
