AUSTRALIAN TRADE COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 187 of 1985 - SECT 50
Trade Representatives who were not previously officers of Public Service
50. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
"Commissioner or an Assistant Trade Commissioner who was not, immediately
prior to his appointment as Trade Commissioner or Assistant Trade
Commissioner, as the case may be," and substituting "Representative who was
not, immediately prior to his or her appointment as a Trade Representative,".
