ALBURY-WODONGA DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 96 of 1979 - SECT 10

10. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''a member'' and substituting ''an
appointed member'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''a member'' (first occurring) and
substituting ''an appointed member''; and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (g) of sub-section (2) ''sub-section 16
(1)'' and substituting '' section 16''.
