AUSTRALIAN WOOL RESEARCH AND PROMOTION ORGANISATION ACT 1993 No. 63 of 1993 - SECT 24

24. If a motion of no confidence in the Organisation is moved at an annual
general meeting, the person presiding at the meeting:

   (a)  must select an employee of the Organisation (other than the Managing
        Director) to preside in his or her place; and

   (b)  must then cease to preside:

        (i)    until the motion has been voted on; or

        (ii)   if the motion of no confidence is passed - for the remainder of
               the meeting.
