AUSTRALIAN WOOL RESEARCH AND PROMOTION ORGANISATION ACT 1993 No. 63 of 1993 - SECT 41

41. When:

   (a)  a selection committee has made a nomination or nominations in
        accordance with a notice under section 38; and

   (b)  either:

        (i)    there are no outstanding matters in a notice given by the
               Minister under subsection 40(4) or (5) still to be dealt with
               by the committee; or

        (ii)   the Minister has given the presiding member written notice that
               the Minister does not intend to give a notice under subsection 
               40(4) or (5); the selection committee is abolished by force of
               this section.
