AUSTRALIAN WOOL RESEARCH AND PROMOTION ORGANISATION ACT 1993 No. 63 of 1993 - SECT 72

72. (1) The powers of the Organisation include the power to consult with the
Wool Council of Australia and other persons and bodies representative of
different sectors of the wool industry.

(2) Subject to any written guidelines determined by the Minister, the
Organisation may meet expenses incurred by a person or body in relation to
consultation under subsection (1).

(3) The Minister may determine written guidelines for the purposes of
subsection (2).
