BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 36

36. Section 306B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) all the words from and including "the trustee of the estate of
a bankrupt" and substituting "the Inspector-General, an Official Receiver, the
trustee of the estate of a bankrupt or any other person in respect of a
statement made in good faith in a report prepared or filed under sub-section
12 (1A) or (1B), paragraph 19 (1) (c) or (g) or sub-section 19 (1C) or 150
(3)".
