BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 37 of 1986 - SECT 11

11. Section 7 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Accounting period

"7. A reference in this Act to an accounting period of a manufacturer of
bountiable equipment shall be construed as a reference to-

   (a)  where the manufacturer has an accounting period in relation to that
        equipment of 12 months commencing on a day other than 1 July-that
        accounting period; or

   (b)  in any other case-a financial year.".
