BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 37 of 1986 - SECT 4

4. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (1)
(k) the following paragraph:

"(ka) a determination by the Comptroller-General made for the purposes of
sub-section 23 (4);".
