BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 54 of 1987 - SECT 12

12. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (5) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(5) For the purposes of this section, a book shall not be taken not to have
been produced in Australia because only of the carrying out outside Australia
of one or more of the production processes of typesetting, film preparation or
colour separation in the book's manufacture.".
