BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 54 of 1987 - SECT 3

3. (1) The amendments of subsections 15 (1), 16 (6) and (7) and 17 (1) of the
Bounty (Computers) Act 1984 made by section 22 do not apply in relation to
offences committed before the commencement of those amendments.

(2) The amendments of the Bounty (Textile Yarns) Act 1981 made by section 22
do not apply in relation to claims for bounty made before the commencement of
those amendments and those claims shall be dealt with as if those amendments
had not been made.

(3) The amendment of section 15 of the Bounty (Textile Yarns) Act 1981 made by
section 22 does not apply in relation to offences committed before the
commencement of that amendment.
