BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 72
Assembly of information
72. Section 106A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (2) "person who is the holder of a licence granted under Part
IIIB" and substituting " licensee".
