BOUNTY (NON-ADJUSTABLE WRENCHES) ACT 1981 No. 18 of 1981 - SECT 12

Approval of payment of bounty 
12. Where an application for bounty in respect of a bountiable implement is
lodged in accordance with the regulations, the Minister shall -

   (a)  if he is satisfied that bounty is payable in respect of that implement
        - approve the payment of the bounty; or

   (b)  if he is not so satisfied - refuse to approve payment of the bounty.
