BOUNTY (FUEL ETHANOL) ACT 1994 No. 83 of 1994 - SECT 18

18.(1) Subject to subsection (2) and to compliance with any prescribed
conditions under section 23, a person who is registered for years 2 and 3 is
taken to have a production allocation in year 3 of 90% of the person's
production allocation in year 2. Note: In relation to the effect of an
additional allocation see subsection  20(1). 

(2) Subject to compliance with any prescribed conditions under section 23, if
a person who is registered for years 2 and 3 produces less bountiable fuel
ethanol in year 2 than the person's production allocation for that year, the
person is taken to have a production allocation for year 3 of 90% of the
person's production of bountiable fuel ethanol in year 2. Note: In relation to
