BOUNTY (FUEL ETHANOL) ACT 1994 No. 83 of 1994 - SECT 35

Securities
35.(1) The Comptroller may, by written notice given to a person to whom bounty
could become payable, require the person to give a specified amount of
security for:

   (a)  compliance by the person with the provisions of this Act and the
        regulations; or

   (b)  the purpose of an undertaking given by the person for the purposes of
        this Act or the regulations.

(2) Security may be given by bond, guarantee or cash deposit, or by all or any
of those methods.

(3) If a person is required to give security, the person is not entitled to
bounty unless the person gives security in accordance with the requirement.
