BOUNTY (FUEL ETHANOL) ACT 1994 No. 83 of 1994 - SECT 39

Entry on premises occupied by registered person
39.(1) For the purpose of this Act, an authorised officer may, at all
reasonable times, enter premises occupied by a registered person, other than
residential premises, and may, on so entering, exercise inspection powers.

(2) The occupier or person in charge of premises that may be entered under
subsection (1) must provide the authorised officer with all reasonable
facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of the powers of the
officer under this section. Penalty: 30 penalty units.

(3) An authorised officer is not entitled to exercise any of the powers
referred to in subsection (1) if:

   (a)  the occupier or person in charge of the premises has required the
        authorised officer to produce proof of his or her identity for
        inspection by the occupier or person in charge; and

   (b)  the authorised officer fails to produce his or her identity card.
