BOUNTY (FUEL ETHANOL) ACT 1994 No. 83 of 1994 - SECT 42

Availability of assistance and use of force in executing a warrant
42.(1) In executing a warrant:

   (a)  the authorised officer executing the warrant may obtain such
        assistance; and

   (b)  in the case of persons-the authorised officer or a person assisting
        who is a constable or Customs officer may use such force against
        persons; and

   (c)  in the case of things-the authorised officer or person assisting may
        use such force against things; as is necessary and reasonable in the
        circumstances.

(2) In this section:

"Customs officer" means an officer of Customs within the meaning of the
Customs Act 1901.
