BOUNTY (FUEL ETHANOL) ACT 1994 No. 83 of 1994 - SECT 60

60.(1) The Comptroller must, as soon as practicable after the end of the
1994-95 financial year and of each of the 3 subsequent financial years, give
to the Minister a return setting out:

   (a)  the name and address of each person to whom bounty was paid in that
        financial year; and

   (b)  the amount of bounty paid to each person in that financial year; and

   (c)  such other particulars (if any) as are prescribed.

(2) The Minister must cause a copy of the return to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the return is
received by the Minister.
