BROADCASTING SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 1 of 1993 - SECT 7

7. Section 100 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (4) "licensee A, licensee B and licensee
        C"
and substituting "subscription television broadcasting licensees";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (4) the following subsection:

"(4A) Conditions under subsection (4) may be different for different classes
of licensees.".
