BROADCASTING SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 139 of 1995 - SECT 1

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Broadcasting Services Amendment Act 1995.

(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Broadcasting Services Act 1992*1*.
