BROADCASTING STATIONS LICENCE FEES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 50 of 1978 - SECT 3

3. Section 6 of the Broadcasting Stations Licence Fees Act 1964*2* is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) '', and on the grant of a licence
        that is by way of renewal of a licence,'' and substituting
        ''(including any period of renewal or further renewal of the
        licence)''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) ''or last preceding
        the commencement of the period for which the licence is renewed, as
        the case may be,''.
