BOUNTY (AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT) ACT 1985 No. 134 of 1985 - SECT 14
Good quality of bountiable equipment
14. Bounty is not payable in respect of bountiable equipment if the
Comptroller-General declares in writing that, in his or her opinion, the
equipment is not of good and merchantable quality.
