BOUNTY (AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT) ACT 1985 No. 134 of 1985 - SECT 26

26. (1) The Comptroller-General may, by writing signed by the
Comptroller-General, appoint -

   (a)  a specified officer;

   (b)  the officer for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, a
        specified office; or

   (c)  officers included in a specified class of officers, to be an
        authorised officer, or authorised officers, for the purposes of this
        Act.
(2) In sub-section (1), "officer" means an officer of the Australian Customs
Service.
