COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 150

Perpetual debentures

150. A condition contained in any debenture or in any deed for securing any
debentures, whether the debenture or deed is issued or made before or after
the commencement of this Act, is not invalid by reason only that the
debentures are thereby made irredeemable or redeemable only on the happening
of a contingency however remote or on the expiration of a period however long,
any rule of law or equity to the contrary notwithstanding.
