COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 346

346. Notwithstanding the appointment of an official manager of a company and
while the company is under official management, the provisions of this Act
relating to the appointment and re-appointment of auditors and the rights and
duties of auditors continue to apply to and in relation to the company and, in
the application of those provisions to and in relation to the company, a
reference to the directors of a company shall be read as a reference to the
official manager of the company.
