COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 468
Powers and functions in the Territory of liquidators of recognized companies or recognized foreign companies
468. The liquidator of a recognized company, or of a recognized foreign
company, that is being wound up under the law of a participating State or
participating Territory may, for the purposes of the winding up of affairs of
the company in the Territory, exercise any power or perform any function under
this Part of a kind that may be exercised or performed under this Part by a
liquidator of a company incorporated under this Act.
