COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 482
Sale of shares on non-payment of calls valid although specific numbers not advertised
482. (1) When forfeited shares are sold for non-payment of any call, the sale
is valid although the specific numbers of the shares are not advertised.
(2) In every advertisement, it is sufficient to give notice of the intended
sale of forfeited shares by advertising to the effect that all shares on which
a call remains unpaid will be sold.
