COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 537
Appeals from decisions of Commission
537. A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Commission to register a
corporation or other person or to register or receive a document, or by any
other act, omission or decision of the Commission, may, within such period (if
any) as is prescribed, appeal to the Court, which may confirm, reverse or
modify the refusal, act or decision, or remedy the omission, as the case may
be, and make such orders and give such directions in the matter as it thinks
fit, but this section does not apply to-
(a) any act, omission or decision of the Commission in respect of which
any provision in the nature of an appeal or review is expressly
provided by this Act; or
(b) any act or decision of the Commission that is declared by this Act to
be conclusive or final or is embodied in any document declared by this
Act to be conclusive evidence of any act, matter or thing.
