COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 548

548. (1) Where under this Act a corporation is required to lodge with the
Commission any instrument or a certified copy of any instrument and the
instrument is not written in the English language, the corporation shall lodge
at the same time with the Commission a certified translation of the
instrument.

(2) Where under this Act a corporation is required to make an instrument
available for inspection and the instrument is not written in the English
language, the corporation shall keep at its registered office in the Territory
or, if it does not have a registered office in the Territory, at its principal
office in the Territory, a certified translation of the instrument.
(3) In this section, ''instrument'' includes any certificate, contract or
other document.
