Division 3-Rules and Regulations

576. The power to make rules of court conferred by section 28 of the
Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act 1933 extends to making rules of
court, not inconsistent with this Act-

   (a)  with respect to proceedings, and the practice and procedure, of the
        Court under this Act;

   (b)  with respect to any matter or thing that is required or permitted by
        this Act to be prescribed by rules or is necessary or convenient to be
        prescribed by rules for carrying out or giving effect to this Act; and

   (c)  without limiting the generality of the foregoing, with respect to
        costs and with respect to rules as to meetings ordered by the Court.
