COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 59
Notification that registration of name desired in a State or another Territory
59. Where a name is registered under this Division in respect of a company or
a registered foreign company (being a foreign company formed outside Australia
and the external Territories), the company or the registered foreign company
may notify the Commission in writing that it desires the name to be registered
in a State or another Territory.
