COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 60

60. Where-

   (a)  the Commission is notified by a recognized company or a recognized
        foreign company in accordance with the provision of a law of a
participating State or participating Territory that corresponds with
section 59 that it desires its name to be registered in the Territory; and

   (b)  the name is available for reservation in the Territory, the Commission
        shall register that name in the Territory and, where the name is so
        registered, the registration remains in force until it is cancelled by
        the Commission under this Division or until the registration of that
        name in the State or Territory referred to in paragraph (a) is
        cancelled under the law of that State or Territory.
