CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 No. 63 of 1988 - SECT 24

24. (1) A person shall not, while in an aircraft:

   (a)  interfere with a crew member; or

   (b)  do any act that threatens the safety of the aircraft or of persons on
        board the aircraft.

(2) A person shall not tamper with an aircraft or an aircraft component or
item of equipment.
Penalty: $5,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
