CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 No. 63 of 1988 - SECT 60

60. The Authority may give security over the whole or part of its assets for:

   (a)  the performance by the Authority of any obligation incurred under
        section 57 or 58; or

   (b)  the payment to the Commonwealth of amounts equal to amounts paid by
        the Commonwealth under a guarantee under section 59.
