CIVIL AVIATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 25 of 1990 - SECT 36
36. Section 86 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Remuneration and allowances of Chief Executive Officer
"86. The Chief Executive Officer is to be paid such remuneration and
allowances as the Board determines, in writing, from time to time.".
